To make people feel closer to The Arakawa River

 
In Adachi City, history, culture and nature ecosystem have been built around The Arakawa River and its river system. However, nowadays with the modernization of lifestyle, Arakawa River is fading from the public consciousness and becoming not familiar name as before.
Arakawa Visitor Center aims to connect visitors to Arakawa River. We try to provide an opportunity to think about Arakawa River where environment of lush greenery and water courses, and how to hand down this place to posterity.
